I explained how I needed a certain bag with initials on it for a wedding gift. Sent a separate email to make sure it was correct. Got a reply saying yes. 4 weeks later. Its wrong with no initials. Emailed them told her how I could not wait again she said they would replace it ASAP. I asked how long and never a reply. Sent a few more and still nothing and I was a returning customer...

Great bag many uses
The bag is high-quality made very well. Now that I’ve got it. I’m thinking that many more uses for a little bag like this. Actually, I think it’s a little large for a personal belonging bag on the golf course.
